Situated in The Sea Ranch, a spectacular stretch of Northern California coastline, the FitzGerald home is  2 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 1600 sq. ft., newly built in 2004.  Located less than 100 yards from the cliff's edge, it offers unobstructed views of the Pacific from all rooms, the deck, and hot tub.  The home is located a few feet from a trailhead for the coastal bluff trail that extends for miles in both directions, affording spectacular views, tide pools, beaches, and abundant wildlife.  Shell Beach is about a 10 minute walk north on the bluff trail.

The kitchen is elegantly equipped and part of a large great room-ideal for those who like to socialize while cooking.  Leather sofas, a large window seat, and doors on both sides of the house offer a great way to bask in the sea breeze, take in the view, or watch the deer and birds that are frequent visitors to the meadow. The great room opens onto a large deck with a hot tub and deck chairs, and is a perfect spot to savor the spectacular and ever-changing sunsets.

Two very private bedroom suites are each furnished with free-standing gas fireplaces, window seats, and  California King-sized beds complemented by incredible down comforters.

Ideal for 1 or 2 couples (4 person maximum).  Dogs welcomed.

Amenities include: Hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, linens, satellite television/DVD player in both the great room and master bedroom, CD/DVD player/sound system in the great room, washer and dryer, unlimited long distance telephone.
